Shipping & Pricing Information
Orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (unless otherwise
directed) from Tulsa, Oklahoma, usually within 24 hours and
frequently on the same day ordered.
Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice, with
net 30 day terms.
Major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard
and Visa) are accepted. We caution against sending credit card
details by email. Just fax your order (see order form) or call us at

Prices are F.O.B. Tulsa, Oklahoma in U.S. funds.
